At WanderX, we want you to love every piece you wear, but we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges if your items aren't quite right. All returned merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Hand over your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location or schedule a home pickup through their website.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
